Where to go on holiday in November: common questions
Where is hot in November?
Tenerife and Cape Verde are the warmest options within about six hours of the UK. Dubai and Oman cool down to perfect beach weather. Further away, Mauritius, Cape Town, Sydney, Thailand and Mexico are warm.
Is November a cheap time to go on holiday?
Usually. It's between the October and February half terms and before Christmas, so prices for flights and hotels are some of the lowest of the year.
What's good in Asia in November?
Bangkok, Luang Prabang and Vietnam's Ninh Binh start their dry season, and Tokyo and Kanazawa have autumn colours and crisp, clear days. Nepal is at its best for views of the Himalayas.
